The chalet Franclair is situated on a quiet south-facing mountainside, 100 meters above the village of Samoëns. The chalet provides a spectacular view from the balcony upon the Giffre valley from where you can see the mountains in the distance. The house faces south-east and is set in grounds of 2000 m².

The distance to Samoëns is about 1.2 miles by road and there you can find everything for daily needs. The village has an old centre with typical Savoyard wooden style.
